it's so nice to have this type o show after years of x-factor that is just about making people looking like fools

Re: the voice
I think Jessie J has a good voice in as much as it's strong and can hold a note - speaking technically, it is decent. But I don't like it or her music.

Re: the voice
I like WILL.I.AM (if he's still on it). Not neccessarily his music, but as a person he is a total legend.

Re: the voice
He did a lot for people in need. He helps loads of kids over here in the UK, by visiting music courses etc.
He also made his own car company and decided he would base the HQ/factory in his home town. Which is a total ghetto. But subsequently his company has brought loads of jobs and money into the area.
He is a total genius in my opinion.

Re: the voice
Yeah, I remember watching an interview with him. He earned a huge load of money over in the UK and donated every last penny to various charities here because he felt it wasn't his to keep and should be given back to the UK. Lovely thing to do.
I don't watch The Voice, but I'm assuming he's on it?

Re: the voice
He was on it last time. And he was on the advert for it. I didn't see the show.
I just have a lot of respect for him tbh. He is one of the only decent role models in popular music I feel.

Is it bad that I don't actually know what The Voice is about?
Haha it's like the X-Factor basically but the judges can't see the singer until they vote. So they can't judge on appearence. It's been quite unsuccessful but is a very good idea.

Re: the voice
I watched this too, good show and no slagging each other off which makes a difference for this type of show.

I like that idea, actually. Purely based on talent instead of image and aesthetics! That's good!

Might watch it at some point. I just assumed it was like X Factor/American Idol/Britain's Got Talent, etc..

Re: the voice
it;s all about the voice it doesn't matter what they look like that why i like the show so much!! because they dont see who they are till they press the buttons
Re: the voice
Sounds good! From what I've seen on some of the other singing shows, it's mainly about looks and not so much about the actual voice, so I like the idea of The Voice!

Re: the voice
Just catching up with show again tonight, they are down to the battles stage now and the other judges can steal an act this time around.
