i need help

with me my aching joints

i have decide i need to pop more pills

i'm thinking about taking vitamin c, omega 3, Garlic Tablets do i take them all in one go or spread them out thru the day?

In the morning before/with breakfast is probably best.

Have you considered Chondroitin? You can get it with vitamin C (I think) in capsules from Morrisons. I think vit C helps the body to absorb the chondroitin.

Yeah, all three. Don't think it matters really. Just whenever it's most convenient for you.

holland & barrett omega 3 1000mg for 250 is like £39 or something like
healthspan omage 3 1000mg for 340 for like £12
same with the other pills i was going order stuff that last me 2 years

Yeah, some of the prices are outrageous! My dietician told me to get A-Z vitamins. Mum took one look at the price and we got generic brand instead! Just as good!

Yes, we got Morrisons own brand - had exactly the same things in it, and was about a quarter of the price!

I was going to suggest Glucosomine with condritin Healthspan do them Trouble is you need to take them for a while before you see any improvement, so not a quick solution. But you never know worth a try Steve! Also what about Cod liver oil, or drinking tonic water is suppose to be good for joints

Holland & Barrett are only cheap when they do their silly offers - like buy one get one for 1p, or buy three for the price of one. Otherwise they're really pricey!

yea tell me about it becasue the omega 3 i share with the dogs so they dont last 2 mins

The pills annoy me. They get stuck in my throat.

I have the pet omega oil for Vinnie from healthspan, only trouble though Steve it will also give you a glossy coat!

Even with water, they still stick halfway down with me. I have to drink two glasses sometimes just to wash it down! I'm not too good at swallowing without chewing.
