does anyone know of an insurers who will insure for an existing condition i cancelled chesters insurance as i had a dispute with the company so he isnt insured at the mo

No insurance will cover pre existing conditions I'm afraid, what is wrong with Chester?

he has a dislocated knee cap the vet said to keep him as calm as possible ( which is near impossible) hes only allowed lead walks but being a staffy x he has so much energy that if i take my eye off him hes charging round the garden like a looney which makes him limp if his knee goes the vet said im looking at a 3 grand op!

As Janey says , they won't cover it , it wouldn't make financial sense and tha is really all insurance is about .
Bad move from your point I'm afraid to cancel like this unless you had no choice
