I don't want the breed to die out, I just want responsible breeding, no back yard breeders selling pups on Gumtree for a measly amount, I know I got my boy from the internet, well a friend did I would still prefer an end to it.

Those figures are an eye-opener. A shocking, shocking waste of lovely, and potentially lovely, dogs.
It seems that Staffies as a breed are currently suffering from over-popularity, for both good and, sadly, bad reasons.
Thank heavens that a Staff didn't win Best in Show at Crufts, it would have excerbated the situation even more.

I seen one of the stafs at crufts, a red who ran p the stairs to get to someone eating a sandwich, cheeky pooch lol
Where I am you see stafs with what we call chavs and you just know they won't be owning the dog forever, it's a crying shame.
