Trouble is, it still doesn't cover lungworm. Sad

You need to feed an awful lot as well - 1 teaspoon per 10lb body weight per day until the worms have gone (sometimes hard to know when they have gone) - so for Dempsey that'd be over 6 teaspoons a day!

I don't use a preventative for lungworm or heartworm

yer you do need a lot but it's cheap and just chuck it in their food

I don't give anything as a preventative for lungworm per say DE is meant to be a low dose preventative but normally in a healthy dog with a strong immune system the body fights off lungworm larvae without the dog getting ill

Hmmm. I won't use DE, and I really don't want to chance the lungworm, not after what happened to Keith's dog.

but to each their own Smile

Hi Smile

Is carrot seed oil preventative or for treating lung worm? How often and how much do you use?
