Re: help plz
hi, have you tried a fexi/long rope lead?
Alot of members swear by these as they light weight and long you can let go and practice recall but if she dceides to pop off the rope is long enough for you to grab hols of again.
It all about patience keep you voice neutrel and practice!!

Re: help plz
I use a training lead for Katy's recall 30ft long, means you can still be in control but give them some freedom. I use cooked bacon for a treat which seems to work very well. 99% of the time she will come when called & when she doesn't i pull her back towards me & then praise her. Just remember to not get cross with her it can be frustrating but she will get there

Re: help plz
Don't use a flexi lead because the dog always knows you have hold of it & it isn't very long.
Get a 50' training lead from eBay (about £4) and let it trail, but keep the end within reach. Every so often call your dig & if you don't get an immediate response pick up the lead & reel her in!

Yeah, pretty much what they said. Perseverance is key.

Re: help plz
I agree wih everyone else! I trained my girl on a training lead too if he loves a certain toy or something you could try taking that out to tempt him back it does take a little while for some dogs, but she'll get there in the end good luck!
