Will Alfie change?
Because Alfie is crossed with JRT, do you think he will grow anymore? Or is he destined to be a pocket sized pooch?
(slight exaggeration but he is diddy)

He's about a year old, isn't he? He might grow a bit more in height. I daresay he'll fill out quite a bit in width, as well.
Hope he never grows out of those big ears though! They're so cute!

Yeah he turned 1 last month! I always presumed he would stay the same size? I hope he does grow a bit though would be nice to see some change but I agree with the ears haha

if he is one then he might not grow taller and if he does it wont be much, but he'll get bigger (wider) for sure.

It's quite hard to say, he grow a little more as he is only 12 months old he certainly has time to fill out a bit more.

Re: Will Alfie change?
I don't think he'll change much at all, and I hope he doesn't. He's one of my forum favourites tbh.
There's a StaffxJRT in a Rescue Centre beside where I work and I'd love my Mum to take her. They are awesome!

Yes he'll most likely get wider, it's hard to be sure because he's a cross, but normally staffys fill out till they're 5 years old i think. Since he's a cross it's hard to tell you how much wider or how much taller he'll get.

He is not too skinny, not even slightely. Unfortunately most people think that fat dogs are healthier, which couldn't be further from the truth. From your picture yesterday he looks totally bang on to me.
My friend's Dad has a few StaffxJRT's and they are very similar to Alfie.
He might mature a bit with his overall build just. But you are not under feeding him.

Re: Will Alfie change?
This is one of the pups my friend's Dad has. I would be certain Alfie looked like this as a pup. They are about 4-5 months now (ish) and they look very much like Alfie. I'll try and get more updated pictures this week if I can.
This boy is 9 weeks here

Re: Will Alfie change?
It would be good if he just filled out rather than growing in height but its not up to me

Re: Will Alfie change?
I think after they're around a year old, they don't really grow in height anymore, or certainly not a lot. He might fill out, but depends on what breed he takes after more.
