I hate reading these stories, at least little peaches is safe now and getting the appropriate treatment

Arr poor little peaches. 
Don't know how people can be so cruel, I can only assume it's some idiot who had an "accidental breeding" an taking care of this poorly pup sounds like it was going to cut into their tiny profits so dumped it.
