I havent had a night out in town drinking for about 2 years,how bad is that

i've only be out a few times myself i miss the good old days i used to be out friday night till monday morning some time

Ive just been on my cross trainer and burned 500 calories Feeling very pleased with myself now lol

Yeah as long as i dont go crazy on bad stuff.But I still eat chocolate and have managed to loose every week.Fridays my day off and i eat what i like that day.I had chicken korma with nan bread and chips friday just gone lol

It's been good to get away, saw some friends earlier who've got a Staffy cross with an Akita, Molly doesn't like him, she met some reptiles, she doesn't like them either. I didn't get as many photos or videos as I wanted, but oh well.

My parents! She loved them, and the friends we visited, she was spoilt today, roast beef, steamed potatoes, macaroni pudding and scones!
She wasn't too bad, very excited and just full of energy the entire time.
We ended up buying blocks of mince from Pets at Home, even bought one to defrost on the way home for dinner tomorrow night, we think we're going to buy a few for the days she has more mince than heart. She had a pork rib today as well! Crunched that right up, even had my parents defrost some chicken wings for her

I'm not feeling very well:( I will be mostly laying on the sofa, with my duvet, feeling sorry for myself lol
