Re: large lump on cheek on my puppy
If there is nothing visible then maybe a gum infection/reaction to something? You could try half a piriton over night, but yes vets tomorrow otherwise. Hope she is ok Xx

Re: large lump on cheek on my puppy
If it were an allergic reaction I would think both sides would be swollen but I'm not sure. Is it possible she was stung by something like a jellyfish and that's the reason only one side is swollen?
Either way I'd go with the anti-inflammatory and if it doesn't improve or gets worse see a vet

Ouch, that looks nasty. Definitely the vets. I'd say that she's scratched herself, either on the cheek or inside on the gum & it's reacted badly.

Not necessarily, if we get an abscess which is an infection, its usually only one sided, may just need some anti inflams Xx

Re: large lump on cheek on my puppy
Firstly she is an absolutely gorgeous pup!
But I would be going to the vets too. It's most likely something very straightforward like a sting etc that the others have said but it's worth getting checked out

Yep, I'd definitely go to the vets too, most likely a reaction but could be anything.

Re: large lump on cheek on my puppy
the cysts thay have nothing thay can say about them just to keep an eye on them to see if thay get any bigger...
the lump on the eye thay think is an abses but thay cant see the reason of the cause of the abses... £70 on pills and injection and if it comes back to take her back to put to sleep and to have xrays.
