Anybody tried the Beta which is by Purina kibble if so what do you think, looking for something for my 13yr old lady, we do occasionally feed her raw chicken wings and carcasses which she loves, ribs and spine as bones. I won't touch Purina -not because the food is no good (I don't know) but because thye company still carry out unnecessary animal testing.

Re: Beta by Purina dry food
I've never tried the beta, but I did try Pro Plan and both Logan and I hated it. It's over priced and nothing special.
There are fantastic mid price range foods out there that surpass the more expensive brands in my opinion... James Wellbeloved, Wainwrights etc

Purina Beta is what my male was weaned on.... It's crappy food, full of fillers n rubbish.
Try something like Wainwrights Senior food ? It's mid range hypoallergenic.

Will look at Wainwrights, we tried her on James Wellbeloved and she just turned her nose up at it.

My girl was weaned onto that at the breeders! That got changed the next day lol! If its kibble you want to feed, I can recommend Eden!
