Easy Pancakes

This is my pancake recipe, very simple even I can do them:

120g plain flour
pinch salt
Tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
160ml milk

Makes 6 pancakes

Mix together the flour, salt, sugar and eggs then gradually add the milk mixing with a whisk. Add a little batter to a hot pan with a little vegetable oil. Turn over when cooked on one side, simples.

Thanks for the reminder, I used to make them but forgot and just buy the batter now
