I didn't realise what day it is either, so no.

I MUST make pancakes sometime, haven't had one for years, but they are lovely aren't they. Just not a pudding person.

I used to make stuffed pancakes Janey, when they were wrapped around a sort of mince stuffing. Quite nice, I might try them again.

But the BEST pancakes are sprinkled with sugar and lemon juice, would take me back to my childhood if I remember to do them.
