Never been a fan of the home made sort (tho my daughter loves them so she still makes a load ) .. so we bought a couple packs of the ready made sweet ones 
.. and a jar of Canadian Maple Syrup ... really lookin forward to them, but Em made this amazin roast pork meal .. and we're all so stuffed, nobody wants pancakes now

We had our pancakes with lemon and honey, I love them so much just as well it's only once a year
