Flooded, wet, muddy and injured!!!

We have had crazy cyclonic conditions recently and everything is flooded around us!!! The first day of crazy weather she attempted to dig under the fence and when I returned home she was limping!!! I rushed to the vet and thankfully she had only sprained it!!!

Water, mud and flood water is everywhere and I have a cabin crazy puppy on my hands who is supposed to be resting!!! Ha ha this should be interesting!!!

Weather has got better- now to get her to take it easy just for a bit longer! Healing fast which is good!!

Took her back to the vet yesterday and they said she is healing really well. We have stopped the anti inflamatorys and must now just let her "rest" as much as possible! As I am sure everyone is aware how hard that is especially as my backyard has turned into a mud playground and all she wants to do after being "cooped up" is go outside and play!!!

Just glad to hear she's feeling better. It's so worrying when they're injured or ill as they can't tell you what's wrong.

How is she doing now the weather has returned to normal

Much, Much better!!!! No accidents in the house which is great!!! Heaps of built up energy to et rid of so lots of time to play!!!

Glad she is doing better

I feel your pain we are on the gold coast and our backyard turned into a lake. He still went outside to do number two's though, it was a funny sight.
I thnk people forget how animals can be just as effected by these things as humans are.
