Snow = cant get about and panic buying

rain = floods and our country is never ever set up for it even tho every year they say next year this will not happen

sunshine and warm weather = cnt use a freeking hospipe even tho refering to 'rain' that we get enough off!!

seriously put me in charge and id have this country turned round in no time!!

omg just been to let Cassie out and my garden had flooded, neighbours had their guttering done yesterday they moved their down pipe to the middle, forcing more water through my guttering. We haven't spoken since i took a sledge hammer round and said "Thought this would help get it done quicker" So this is going to be fun Laughing
