WHICH magazine arrived yesterday, with a short piece on Pet Insurance. Among other things they advise that if your Insurer refuses to pay out for an illness or injury and you dispute the reasons, take the dispute to the Financial Ombudsman Services (F.O.S.) If it rules in your favour it can force the Insurer to pay the claim.
Contact www.financial-ombudsman,org.uk or 0800 023 4567. Have read over the months some of you have been in dispute with Insurers and this may help.
