Even though we'd only had her for two weeks when our cat gave birth, Ruby was an excellent Aunty! We even called her nurse for weeks because she wouldn't leave Mary (the cat) alone for a second! We even found a kitten trying to suckle from her (she had a litter before she came here)
She tried to help look after the little runt who sadly passed away after just 12 short hours on earth. And she continued to help look after the other 4 like her own! They were all so close and now that Tiggs, Kurt and Dave have gone off to their new homes, she is growing closer to Earl (the one we kept)!
Who said cats and dogs don't get on?!
