my mum in the need of a new phone she driving me nut but she dont want to spend the money, so i thought i would let her have my old phone so i phone up asking for the code to open up my old phone to all network because she on virgin 
they wanted £20 
i been with them for over 3 years now i should of got it for free
£20 i laugh and said i would the road and get it done for a £10 and put the phone down!!

Theyre all money grabbers. I rang o2 once and said i am appalled at their service and i have been with them for 10+ years so i want them to unlock my iphone so i can go to vodafone and they said we can do it for £50..lmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaao.

if it your old blackberry it shouldn't be tethered to a network as its a pain for them to do
