First topic message reminder :
im getting a petition together to make man flu a recognised medical condition.
my mrs and friends and boss think i should man up and get on with it but im dying here and want some sympathy
hmmmm wonder how many men here agree and willing to put a month wages on it all the women disagree lol
and no "you should go through labour" comments please im sure women are taught to over exagerate that when they are young cus they know we will never be able to prove em wrong

Y'know, it was probably swine flu. There's an awful lot of it going around right now. Apparently you don't usually sneeze with flu, but you do with swine flu.

well i admit i gave in and went the docs as normaly im never ill but this put me i my bed! he says it was probably a mix of flu and another bug that was going around.i started healthy eating and exercising about 3 weeks ago cut out all fat white bread butter snacks and stuff.and walking about 6 miles a day.(lola getting loadsa exercise lol)but he said chances are my body would be struggling to adapt to the new regime and imune would be low and picking these infections up hit me harder than they normaly would. but im feeling better now and its done me good taking a few days of the walking everywere.

That's why you should always de-tox before you change your eating habits. It gets all the bad stuff out of your system & gets your body ready to accept the new regime.
