Hi guys so glad I found you

Hi Guys,
So glad I found this site. I recently got a staffy puppy who is adorable. Her name is Joplin. She is quite mouthy and snaps at faces and hands. Is there any way that I can train her not to do this without making her frightened of me/us.
Any other tips would be appreciated

hi and welcome.. just keep telling her 'No biting' (firmly) and just tap her nose with your finger. she'll learn. mine did.

Welcome when she bites, say no and turn your back on her, completely ignore her for a while. If she carries on, put her in another room for just a moment. They love playing, so if you stop it every time they bite, they learn quickly.

I cannot agree with this. No tapping the nose!
Just tell her "No!" firmly & turn away, totally ignore her. If she carries on, put her out of the room. A 9 week old puppy should never be tapped on the nose.
