Ugh I feel sick. I haven't ate meat in about 4 or 5 years now but the pot roast smelled good so I had a slice and I feel awful! Really heavy and full and bloated and it was only one weeny slice! Why do people bother. It wasn't as good as it smelled and I feel like I need to boke. So I'm happy to say I won't be spiraling out of control and becoming a carnivore again - not worth it!

sick

It wasn't nice! I never even finished the slice. I can practically feel my heart having to work harder to take in more oxygen to digest it lol not a nice feeling.

I hope you feel better soon Hayley.

My niece was a vegetarian for about 3 years, and then she decided she wasn't go to be any more and ate a big steak, which she loved. But her tummy wasn't used to it and she was quite ill. She did recover though and is now an omnivore again.

Get well soon Hayley

I guess after so long, even little amounts can mess with you. I don't eat gluten, and I can tell every time I've accidentally eaten some, even a TINY amount, because it just messes with me Laughing
