Bruise progression
I walked into a door and was bored enough to take pictures of the bruise every few hours. Cause thats how i roll.

Do you know after my big dramatic crash i put a bandage on my arm (couldnt hold it down straight) and it was rather good! I don't think auxilary nurse does that type of thing though

Thats a cracking bruise you have there.I bruise really easily as well.

I don't! I'm very hard to bruise, never even got one when i fell off the horse onto my hip bone (but theres a lot of fat there lol) but yes it was a big whack. Its still sore

I went to plas dol y moch when i was about 10 on a school trip.Came home with a huge bruise on my leg that has left it with no feeling in that area,even now its numb.How did i do it...not through rock climbing or anything exciting.I fell off the bunk bed

Same .. I never get bruise's .. apart from when I had the bike accident , my hip and thigh was black n' blue for 8wks
that is a good'un just from walking into a door tho ><
