Is there any way

To change my email address or stop notification email I did not have an email address . I have now need to change my wife is fed up with all emails going to her phone thanks

Only Steve can change an e-mail address. Use the contact link on the bottom right and send him the address you want used. You could also go under the profile tab and change your preferences to adjust the e-mails that you recieve.

i myself have done this. It does stop them coming when someone replies to your posts etc

Just click on 'profile' and then 'Topics Being Watched'. You can stop email notifications being sent every time there's a post on a thread you've started/replied to.

Then click 'Preferences', scroll down to 'Always notify me of replies' and click 'No' & that should stop all future notifications other than communications directly from Admin!
