Want a korma!

I have a real craving for a korma. Problem is its 11:33 and even tho Tesco is open 24hrs I don't think it's very wise driving the 5miles to the closest Tesco to get a korma hahaha

we brought all the spices back from Goa in India they have gone now but we did make some fantastic dishes. Currys over there are so different to the ones here. They are full of taste but funnily not hot Big Grin

I love a good curry and make my own as well as eating out and take-away's.
Madras, Jalfrezi, & Naga Jalpuri are among my favourites; along with the occasional Vindaloo.

Mmmmm, what oil do ya use Wazza ? ... I only ask cus tho my curries are pretty good (if I do say so myself, and others do Blushing

Yeh I dont use Gee either, and found sunflower oil works best for me, must be summut with the base gravy I reakon thinking
