My daughter Stephanie has been lucky enough to get a scholarship to study at Bangor University in Wales staring in January. She will be in her third year of studying Zoology. She has to complete 3 weeks of work experience next year and she thought it would be a great opportunity to volunteer some where in the UK before she comes back to Australia in July.
I wondered if anyone knew of any organisation preferably working with wildlife or in a zoo during the Easter time for up to three weeks.
Cheers Jackie.

Tell her to apply asap - don't forget that all the University students here also have to find work experience & will also be applying for volunteer places!

(I know that, because that's what my daughter will be doing! Big Grin )

Here's another place to contact, Hamerton Zoo is quite small though, may be worth sending an email:

Sorry just noticed she is based in Wales, the place above is in Cambridgeshire, might be a bit too far to travel ???
