dont judge me...
Soo i work hard all week, get up early and walk the dogs. Drive home at lunch to feed and walk again and then out in the park as soon as i get home. Yet despite this i get some old fart looking down her nose at me and the dogs tonight and pulling her dogs away...whats worse is that i aint missed one walk since ive had em but never seen this woman befor. I tried to be polite and said hello to be blanked. Half of me wishes she could see my two now snuggled into me while other half is thinking f u "excuse my french" old hag. Who is she to look down at us???

Yeah lol two of them. The dogs were actualy very nice and marley liked them. As a dog situation goes it was great. Marley scaled down play nice while laska layed down. If it was upto the dogs ....new friends....old bag

Re: dont judge me...
takes all sorts , had a hard day with Tommy with so many people around as all the family stopping at our house and one of my nephews is quite excitable around Tommy making him a whole lot worse but I know whose had cuddles on the couch for the last 2 hours in sleepy time and who will be getting the same in bed , their dogs will be too busy yapping

sorry meant to say , the old birds dogs will be busy yapping and misbehaving and though my 2 can be hard work at times I get the satisfaction of knowing which dogs re the bestHayley wrote:dave that didn't make sense. lol

Nathan - it happens. I had it with my Dobes (devil dogs of the time) and now with my Staff (devil dog de jour).
I just catch him short on his lead, say to the person who is so scared of my puppy "you're safe to pass, he's perfectly 0K, all he wants to do is play" and they scuttle past with their snarling Labs/JRTs.
What can we do.

ITs so funny how the others are the ones to yap.
Last walk i took lexi on in a certain dog park, a brawl was happening and she ignored it (admittedly in favour of the yorkie across the road) but she didnt bother with any other dogs on the walk.
in fact on the same park she met a JRT and loved her. The owners said " im glad to see a real staffy not a dog on steroids" kinda thing.

we have the same problem on the park snubbed ignored frowned on. It happens just ignore them. When the other dogs do eventually get to play with ours they realise theres nothing to be scared of

Re: dont judge me...
I have a little trick specially for people like this one.
Just imagine them sitting on the loo first thing in the morning just as they have got out of bed.
Make me smile every time
