Today's shock!

I was watching Kenny playing in the garden, next thing, there's his mate Carlo's standing on our back garden wall . They always play fine, but i was worried since Kenny was nasty to a few dogs the other week.
So i went out to try and stop Carlos jumping in, no chance, as soon as he saw Kenny he was in. His owner was calling him but he wouldn't come back to her. They were running around, jumping over each other and so on. Then, from nowwhere came my cat. That's when things nearly turned nasty Carlos, on seeing my cat went nuts, he ran down the garden, barking and growl, coolio was cowering against the door, Kenny ran down straight behind him and head butted(pushed) Carlos from her. I got passed them opened the door, Coolio ran in and Carlos tried to push in the house. As soon as i shut the door, off they went and carried on playing. His owner couldnt get over the wall so had to walk back around to get him. We finally got Carlos back on his lead and i put Kenny's lead on to stop him following. As soon as his lead went on, there it was, the growl Nothing happened, no fight, thank god.

My wall is around 5 foot, but behind it is a banking (my house backs on to a mountain).

Can u make ur bk fence higher ? Perhaps add some trellis or something ?

staffies use their heads to knock other dogs off their feet miley does it when playing with her friends on the park

Good for Kenny! In know mine would go for any critter they could. Glad it worked out, but I am sure it got your heart to skip a beat or two!

I was annoyed because his owner is so laid back, saying dont worry, they'll be fine, and yes they were, but it could of been so different. Even tho they seemed fine, Kenny's hair was stood up, tail high, i wasnt sure what was going to happen. I'm just relived the cats ok. The only cute thing was when Kenny ran straight into him, thats when i really panicked. At least all was well.

Yes, we're gonna have to do it soon. Alot of dogs get walked there. I dont know if he'll be as friendly with strange dogs
