urgent! help needed

My dog was attacked AGAIN last night by a jack russell who came running out of a house while my dad was walking him. this has happened many times before and i want to report it- as the owners never even tried to get thier dog under control!
does anyone no how i report a dog attack or have any links to a site etc? would be greatly appriciated

I would just call the police on the non emergency number , it's a dog out of control

Call the police & phone the local council to see if they have a dog nuisance department.
