Does anybody watch Heston Blumenthal

I think Heston Blumenthal is the most talented cook in the world. I would love to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen but can't afford it .He makes cooking fun and has finally science interesting for me. I love to cook and bake so i am going to try a few of his recipes over christmas. I also like Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and i do source cheaper produce from farm shops and farmers markets. What do you think ? and who would be your favourite chef

i also love there programs and im sure i read somewhere that heston is the top chef in the world

He certainly makes cooking interesting that's for sure. Some of it is borderline wacky but always fun.

Don't call me poncy just because I like to cook and bake I may be a bit camp and maybe mince like Louis spence to music while cooking, but the blinds are shut and only Cassie watches so nobody knows lol. The oh would disown me if she caught me poncing about no matter how good my cooking is lol

I quite like watching Heston,he made a pub out of a pie last night

Me and hubby watched that last night, I liked the idea of the pub because it's true that too many are being closed and they should be the hub of the community and there for everyone.

His best one was last week with the sweets. I would of loved to have gone to that one
