I was watching QI, and they said that kangaroos smell like curry. Can you find the nearest kangaroo, smell it and report back on whether or not this is true, please?

Sorry I only just saw this They smell like a dirty cat when they are alive When they are meat they are like a really gamey steak smell, BUT when they are roadkill, well you could imagine

I'm going to complain to them and tell them to get their facts right. They also said that a type of butterfly smells like chocolate, and another mammal smells like freshly-baked popcorn. They must all be on drugs
