Made my day!
After an absolutely catastrophic week I needed something to cheer me up... And as always Biscuit did just the job
Took her out for her socialization walk up and around the shops, usually people don't approach her anyway and if they do I give them a treat to give to her to diffuse the situation as she gets a little stressed. She's been getting MUCH better with strangers so she's not muzzled at all anymore, just on her head collar. She had her coat on as it was in the minus' yesterday, so I think she looks a little cuter she was sat at the side of the road looking at me, waiting to cross when an older man and lady said "What a well behaved dog; that's nice to see now a days." I smiled and said thank you and he put his hand out to stroke her (without asking may I add) and she had a bit of a sniff, wandered over and then it was like they were long lost friends! She was wagging so fast, licking his hands and bouncing around everywhere! I was so blown away I didn't notice the other dog coming who she had a quick sniff of and then went back to flirting with the nice man Was so proud of her and told them all about her, they said they'd never been in much contact with staffies but especially after her start in life this had definitely changed their view
SO, then we went to have her check up at the vets, and there was a man sat waiting and asked to say hello to her, I let her have a sniff and she jumped up on his lap and just sat there looking around It was so funny and the bloke was very happy with a Biscuit cuddle so I let her stay. I don't know what's gotten into her but I'm SO happy This time last year she was on death row, and now look at her Just makes it all worth it!

Re: Made my day!
Our dog has done that ever since we got her. We are beginning to wonder if she would ever protect us at all
