Re: Snoring puppy
Rocky doesn't snore either but again makes funny noises while dreaming, I went in the bedroom to comfort him earlier as he was having a very strange dream by the sound of it.

Re: Snoring puppy
We're at the vets again tomorrow for a nurse check-up before vacs next week hopefully, will ask about it again, he seems to really pull his breath in and he's so loud.....he doesn't seem as bad when awake just when sleeping. The vet said last week that staffies have a shortened snout so sometimes have noisy breathing. She said he looked alert and no other sign of illness, we just worry as he was from a rescue kennels.

Re: Snoring puppy
Yep Steff snores most of the time, gets louder if she has had a big day at the park, the more tired she is the more noises she makes.. She snores, barks, yelps and whines and also sometimes twitches so much she wakes herself up

Re: Snoring puppy
I said that and now Maggie sleeps on our bed, it will happen without you even realising and you should hear some of the noises she makes. Sometimes she sounds like she can't catch her breath so I end up waking her cos it freaks me out, she's totally oblivious to the worry she causes meGriffin5 wrote:ok thanks, it's a defnite no-no to sleeping upstairs though, lol we'd never get a moments peace!!

Re: Snoring puppy
Yup snoring is a Staffy trait my staffies anyway, the 2 of them were sleeping the other night and it sounded like a plane taking off in my room

Re: Snoring puppy
lol, it's a bad as having a baby having a puppy for the first time....we were watching Charlie earlier and he was breathing in so deeply (and loudly!!) that all his ribs were sticking out and there seemed to be a dip in his belly! Had a nurse check today and he's booked in for first vac on Monday...can't wait to be able to take him for walks
