Our anniversary

Well Lola is 2 today (as far as I know, best guess from resuce centre and all that) and we have been together a year. After losing my little oldies last autumn I thought nothing would ever put a smile on my face again. How wrong was I - have smiled every day since 11am November 20th 2011 and love her more than anything else in the world. We come as a pair - as the Prudential ad advert once said -"we just wanna be togevver!") It seems she's happy with her lot too as snoring under my desk after a walk and sardine and salmon breakfast sporting a rather fabulous new collar to match the new coat she will be wearing later if the bloody weather doesn't improve!

Thanks guys - would not have believed a year could go so quickly. I am so lucky - Lola had always been in rescue, never a proper home, and has turned out to be the best little dog I could ever have hoped for. She has her naughty moments (she is a staff!) but I can't fault her in any way. Oh, except that she has now migrated to being curled up behind me in my chair so I am tettering on the edge of it. Did the same to our CEO the other day and actually booted her off hers - good thing everyone loves her!
