Hubby needs to listen

So last night as I was chilly before bed I made myself a hot water bottle, now, I ALWAYS ask hubby to make sure it's done up tight enuff.
At this moment he was playing BF3...headphones on etc... Still I asked him to make sure it wad tight enuff... Anyway, job done, I threw it in the bed n went to make a drink.

10mins later I get into bed lpoking forward to the warmth !

What do I get ?

Wet ! Feckin hubby had undone it instead of tightening it ! So the damn thing had leaked all over the mattress !

U can imagine how angry I was, I almost threw the pc n headset in the bin!!!!

Grrrrrrr he knows to damn well listen to me next time !

A little reminder why I am single, sorry......................

Sounds more like he needs to explain to you how headphones work to me, hows he meant to hear you when fighting a war?

Typical woman , the bloke doesn't hear and you blame us. Maybe you should take the time to explain carefully and loudly, get official acknowledgement of said request, not disturb us when we are obviously busy.............need I say more ................you girls just never ever learn no matter how much we try and educate you and speak slowly etc in the hope that one day you might actually get it

I never expect anyone to listen to me, you can tell when their mind is somewhere else, so I repeat myself until they get annoyed because then it's obvious you've been heard

I just tell our lass to shut up as I'm concentrating so she ha s a response but din't know what for , let's face it you lot can go on a bit
