training's going well!

Have just done some clicker training with Roxy and it's going well. She has got the hang of "paw" and "rollover." Still not too sure how to approach the "send away" as she just looks at me like I'm mad! Her retrieves are great, it's just getting her to let go of the object and not getting into a game of tug She's also starting to do some distance "down" commands. Very proud of her and she is now fast asleep after that!

Meanwhile, here's a pic of her in her new no pull harness that is working wonders and another pic of Vinny who will be home in a few weeks.

The harness is something one of the teachers at doggie school has made. As you can see it fits snuggly without chaffing and the lead is clipped at the front, allowing for a good amount of control without hurting the dog. So far so good - -but we still have to come across cats whilst wearing it
