Anyone else made any xmas headway yet?
With three kids I've had to make a dent in it...few things arrived today for our boy Logan, my favourite has to be this one

I love lego...such a big kid. Been tempted to get it out all day but I've put it away now

Re: Anyone else made any xmas headway yet?
Have you ever seen the youtube vids where the parents play a trick on their kids..giving them things like a half eaten sandwich or an onion or some random unknown object? They obviously tell them afterwards, and it's not actual xmas day but it's hilarious. I showed the videos to mine and said that's what santa brings if you are naughty, look at these children crying >

That's a link to one for when you want to have a nosy, you should find the others pop up too on the list. I still can't find the one where this boy is given what looks like a beaten up engine part and when his mom says what have you got he cries "I don't knoooooooooooooow" and looks utterly distraught. You can hear his parents dying to laugh.

Re: Anyone else made any xmas headway yet?
Hubby and I dont have any children of our own, but Rocky more than makes up for that gap, we do have a nephew who is now 10 so will get him something. Other than him it's home made pressie for all the relations again this year. Have my Christmas puddings already done for pressies and will also make some chocolate and pistachio nut fudge.
That only leaves something for Rocky to get, but that should be reasonably easy.

Best present ever! I can't wait for this xmas, it's our first one in our new home and more importantly our first one with our first dog

Sounds very yummy, I love pistachios. I shall be copying that recipe if all goes to plan, I bet it will be lovely. I like the idea of making foodie gifts and getting some of the pretty boxes etc, I may pull my finger out and do some this year.
