my poor belle she has just jumped in the bath again she will stay there because of the fireworks i got her some calms from the vet hope they kick in soon

Get her in a room with the TV up a bit louder to mask it , try and resist the temptation to comfort her

First ones tonight, Lola barked and ran to the conservatory, so I just stood and watched them with her for a few minutes. Only going to get worse tho Sad

Some idiots have been letting them off around near us tonight too. They should be banned. Crying or Very sad

I hate bloody fireworks it makes me SO mad angry I just think its so irresponsible i have known 3 dogs get run over due too random fireworks going off one in the middle of the day, I wish they would ban them, but i have neen with the ban the bang campign for years and it doesn,t seem too ever change, If we just had them on the 5th you could prepare but here it sems too go on from Oct too Jan 1st!!
Its Avas first year with them so not sure how she will react yet hope shes ok Sad

Thankfully they are banned in Australia Smile At least for the general public.. So we do have fireworks but only at controlled events not just in the streets..
