Re: What is this???
Is it hard to touch, Pixee had a small one at the end corner of her eye, I wasnt worried about it as it was not affecting her, it got smaller over a few weeks and gone. I still havent a clue as to what it was.

Yeah it is hard, like a pimple, it looks like a stye. It isn't worrying her and she didn't react to me touching it, just worried me coz it's right on her eyelid..

Could be a scratch or insect bite. If it gets bigger or gets inflamed I'd see the vet.

Re: What is this???
So went for a visit to the Vet as it was worrying me, but all good It is a sty on her eyelid, it is caused from a blocked pore that is infected.. So now a few times a day we have to put a warm face washer on her face and keep it clean, and it should be gone in a week.
Now!! How am I supposed to get a 15 week old puppy to sit still with a washer on her face, all she wants to do is eat the washer or uses it like a pull toy and our treatment turns into a game of tug o war
Oh and the upside to the visit to the Vets is she also gave Steff her 3rd shots!! Look out world here we come 1 more week and we can start walks I'm soo excited

Suki has had something similiar a number of times. She is constantly headbutting things and playing rough with other dogs so she gets an occasional scrath or lump. If it gets bigger or doesn't go away in a week or so than I'd see a vet.

Oops, when we have to apply any meds we wait until Suki is tired out and asleep. That way she is still and we are done before she knows what is going on.

We are going to visit some friends soon and Steff has a playmate there so she will come home exhausted hopefully I'll be able to get it done then.. I have to put a warm wet washer over it for a few minutes, so I hope she gets worn out today
