how can anyone live in a place like that it has no sole/character and i bet the walls are about 1inch thick so you can hear everything thats going on in all the other flats, give me a old stone house any day

There is no way I would pay that amount for a flat that is never going to be truely owned by you.
Would much rather spend the money on a nice little cottage out in the middle of nowhere with a decent garden.
