bye bye summer brrrrrr need to kick start the boiler for the 1st time tonight me thinks

we never had a summer

Had the heating on weeks ago

nop we had a late summer last year tho was camping still at the end of october cant see that happening his year tho

We haven#t had an actual 'summer', but i's been bloody boiling! I'm still sleeping with the window open at the moment. My hubby threatened to close it last night but that is just not happening - I HATE trying to sleep when it's warm and I've just got used to having some fresh air in at nighttime so he's just gonna have to freeze! (His side of the bed is nearest the window)

my bed room has to be cold radiator turned off window is open all year round last year we had a really cold night so tryed to close it and was 2 ft icicles hanging on the bottom of the window soon gave in and left it open

That's what I'm like, I just can't sleep with the window closed. My husband can sleep with the window closed, wrapped up in the duvet all year round

think you need to give hubby charlies bed and move him in bed with you very handsome doggy you have

Put our heating on for the first time today. Hubby had been out earlier with Rocky in the rain and got frozen.

I dont do cold, just the whole concept of cold can be made redundant if you ask me. I like being warm, nice and cozy wrapped up in the duvet, ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Wait a minute?... Some of you could put your heating off ???

Funnily enough, when he threatened to close the window last night, I told him to sleep downstairs with Charlie if he wanted to sleep with the window closed! Charlie stretches out and takes up the sofa at night though so hubby will have to sleep in one of the chairs or on the floor >

Still 30 degrees here. It's was nice and cool the last two days though
