She had a great time... she walked most of the way... but dad had to carry her home... she had a ball
digging with the kids and chasing the sea weed.

BUT... the vet told me that if she is under 15kg when desexed it is cheaper???? why???..
i tell ya she will be on a little less "liver treats" the week before lol

Surely she cant put on 10kg in 12 weeks? can she ???? lol

Its all down to anaesthetic Mel ,the more they weigh the more anaesthetic they require ,not sure on the 15 kg limit though ,not heard of that before .

Hmmmi guess so...maybe in comes in Vials... and they will need to open and discard the contents of the 2nd vial...
so if she is under 15kg then they only have to use one Vial on her...

Looks great Mel! Can't wait to take Bonnie down the beach, she is an excellent digger so she can go for her life down there. She has her last jabs fri so will be able to take her out. She'll be 16 weeks by the time we can take her out, was wondering what the vaccination schedule is in the uk I can't remember it being so long?

Yea the vet said the same to me mel, when i booked him on over the phone she asked if he was over 15kg yet as it was cheaper if he wasnt (only by like a tenner though). I said i think he may be just over, when i took him he was 21. something or it may of been 20. something i cant remember but he was WELL over 15kg thats for sure (at 7 months) lol Blushing . The vet said he was last weighed with them at 14 weeks ish and was 8.something kg so they certainly do grow!!
