Help.....

Hello,
We are new to this site and have had a puppy out of a registered dog whose Kennel name is Sunshine Spirit. We could do with a bit of help in finding her ancestors if possible.

Can you ask for copies of the sire & dam's pedigrees? If not, then it's possible that the Kennel Club could help if you give them a ring - as long as Sunshine Spirit is the full registered name of his dam.

thank you for all the replies. We aren't interested in KC registering our pup we were just curious about his mother's background. We thought it would be interesting to read about. There's no problem if it's not possible.

It's certainly possible. As I said, if you have the full KC registered name then the Kennel Club can send you a 5 generation pedigree for a small charge.

i would register him anyway. Why didnt his breeder do it? You could ring the KC and they'll help.
