Hello, I'm new!

Hello,
I've done a couple of posts since joining at the weekend but thought I best introduce myself.
I live in West Yorkshire and got Bunsen from the Dogs Trust in Leeds. I met him for the first time when he was 11 weeks old. He and his brother had been found by the side of the road
I got to take him home within a week. The Dogs Trust had named him Doc Martin and his brother Jimmy Choo (and they looked at ME weird when I told them my name for him!). They gave us lots of basic training tips and a booklet with lots of useful information. I can't recommend them enough for their support and help.
He's the sweetest thing ever and gets compliments ALL THE TIME, from people who are lucky enough to spend time with him, about his lovely nature. We do positive reinforcement training and it all works like a dream!
And our vet says she's never been bitten by a staffy, but has by collies quite a few times
Sad for her but great for our staffys!
