Thunder and lightning
No time between the thunderclaps and lightning flashes - so it must mean the storm is right overhead.
I'm used to reading threads about owners comforting pets on fireworks night, but right now, my foster dog is trying to comfort me as I type beneath the table.
It's battering it down here.

Re: Thunder and lightning
I waited and waited today for it to stop raining. It did so I quickly grabbed Blue and some bread for the ducks and went off for our walk. Yep half way round and I got the feeling it had only stopped so it could release 1 hours worth of rain in 10 mins on my head. Plus I come home with a full bag of bread, even the ducks had the sense not to come out

I think the ducks are still hiding for the summer , went on my canal walk the other day and there were 6 altogether

Re: Thunder and lightning
We had a claps of thunder here yesterday afternoon but then nothing came of it, we were supposed to have a thunderstorm but just got some thunder.
