Re: fish4dogs
When I put Moo on fish4dogs the amount reccomended was so tiny lol! She would eat it 5 times over!
I have always mentioned this, feed what they need not the guideline

Re: fish4dogs
i see how they go if i think they need more food i will just have to buy some cheaper stuff add to it
Re: fish4dogs
I said before I couldn't see a 12kg bag lasting 2 dogs for a month, unless Moo is a real greedy cow lol, it gave me a complex, she gets a hell of a lot of exersize but she isn't that much of a pig lol Xx

Re: fish4dogs
i know from looking at the recommended amount to feed you do only use a small amount compared to other foods thinking it must be down to quality of food and thinking must swell in stomach as all food recomend you feed with plenty water .
so thinking a small amount will go a long way
like you say steve feed recomended ammount see how it goes and top up with other things if needed

Re: fish4dogs
it says 205 to 365 for Medium size dogs.... if 210 is enough for them that will last me 27 days
Re: fish4dogs
i remember when i swapped over from jwb to pero a 10kg bag of pero used to last me a few days longer than a 15kg bag of jwb as you didnt need to feed asmuch

Re: fish4dogs
All I can repeat is Moo goes through 12kg a month (ish) and she is a hot looking dog and has an attitude to match (even if I say so myself lol)

Re: fish4dogs
Lets play guess the weight. Janey just weigh yourself then deep breath, pick her up and weigh both of you together, then take off your weight to get moo's.
I'm guessing 23kgs

If she's stuck I suppose she could always take a couple of photos and post them , then we could do the math for her , what do you think

Re: fish4dogs
One of the display or a photo of Janey with a vein popping out of her neck while trying to hold on to Moo, with Moo looking all worried not knowing if she's about to be dropped

Re: fish4dogs
You could put Moo in one hand and cans of cider in the other until they weight about the same

Re: fish4dogs
Could do, but Saturday weighs more than Monday and Tuesday is my Friday, so if I have a Beernik its off the scales

Re: fish4dogs
You have to hold Moo in one hand, the cider in the other and drink like a fish until either you end up face down or it weighs the same a Moo

Re: fish4dogs
The lovely lady at F4D is sending me samples of everything for free. When I asked about still adding tinned sardines with a dribble of the olive oil they come in she e mailed something about keeping a watch out for reactions. I have queried what she meant as I don't know if she meant the food or mixing in sardines - anyone got any ideas?
