The mother-in-law

Well this man rushed to the hospital after hearing that his mother-in-law had had a bad turn and was on deaths door. He arrived at the hospital and the conversation went something like this:
Doc: Well I have good news and bad news!!
Man: OK give me the bad news first.
Doc: OK we have managed to save your mother-in-law but its not good, she has lost all power of speech and just screams loudly like a cat. She has lost all control of her bowel and bladder so you will have to change her nappy and clean her when needed each day. She cannot move her arms or legs so you will have to bath her. She cannot feed herself so you must feed her baby food 3 times a day. You will have to do all these things for the rest of her life which may be another 30 years!!!
Man: AAHHHHHH no why me, why why why!!!
Man: Well, whats the good news then?
Doc: Ha Ha ha the good news is I'm only screwing with you, shes dead!!!!
