Sulky Staffy!
Hiya guys, Me and patch here again!! Right so im constantly telling patch no for nipping, biting etc. He has taken to sulking!!! No seriously i mean i tell him no (he will always try again, Cheeky!) He hangs his head and takes himself off to his bed, he either goes to sleep or plays with his toys IN his box!!.....Is this normal for a pup of almost 7 weeks?? I mean i expect it more of my 12 year old son

Re: Sulky Staffy!
Dogs don't sulk. They display appeasing behaviours (which humans often interpret as sulking or 'he knows he's been naughty' etc.) to try and avoid/stop something they don't like/something they feel threatened by, usually a punishment like being shouted at or told no.
Maybe try redirecting him onto something he can bite instead of telling him off all the time teaching a pup what you want him to do rather than telling him off for what you don't want him to do is the best way to help a pup grow into a happy, confident dog rather than a nervous one that's afraid to try new things.

brillient!! Moo does sulk (or whatever you want to call it), she has been with company all day and they have just left. she is laying in the middle of the floor staring at the door and won't even move for dinner
Maybe she doesn't like me lol Xx
