Why he wee so much?
Ok. Debo didn't have accident for a very long time. Since this morning he wee on the sofa while we were having breakfast, later that day we took him out then put him in the cage andd went to town for 2h,when we came back there was wee in his cage. We went to the vet for his appoitment he was fine. Another walk and back in the cage ,we gone for 4h,back and 2 wees in the cage.
What happened for the last week is- since Thur we've got family staying with us,he was fine with it,we spent time with him every day. And then leave him for those two days. Another thing- since the hot weather his poo was loose so from last night we put him on chicken and rice diet.
The vet told me he doesn't think there is something wrong with him it could be stress, but then he was really stressed at the vet and no wee. Or he think it might be because of changing the diet.
Do you think it might be possible that because he spent so much time with us and then left alone that's how he react? He never done that before. I'm really worried.

He's in his cage maybe for 4hrs all together. Normally he runs around the house free,it's only when he's over exited we put him in the cage, and he falls a sleep

Is his shut in the cage or do you leave the door open?
Did he have enough chance to have a wee and go toilet before he went back home?
You may have to go back to basics with the toilet training, let him out every half an hour every hour until he goes and then give lots of praise when he does.

Re: Why he wee so much?
Could be anxiety? You could try giving him a long walk beforehand?
Saffy only goes in her crate for bed and occasionally when she's being a bit pushy when we are eating dinner, we put her in her puppy pen with a toy. But aside from that we just let her roam even if I have to pop out for an hr and no one else is home. In those instances she will just go to sleep (I think!)
Or could you try a room divider and sectioning off a bit of room for him to play in while you are out?

He always have walks and alway does a wee. We closed the cage door, when we put in there is alway because he's getting bit to nippy and I know it's because he's tired-he goes to sleep straight away.

Well it was 6 according to the original post.
Hot weather makes them drink more, so they pee more. He will need let out more.

My mistake, but it wasn't in one go. The weather is not hot any more and he can ask now to be let out, which he didn't this time

Re: Why he wee so much?
It could be any of the above things, or it could simple be his age. Many pups go through a 'backward' phase at around 5 or 6 months old & you may just need to go back to basics for a short while.

Could very well be nerves or stress. They don't fully devolp bladder control until they are about 6 months.

Re: Why he wee so much?
We had two more accidents today,my OH hoovered the flat and I was doing something in the kitchen I closed the gate so Debo stayed with my OH in the sitting room,he doesn't like the hoover anyway but never act like that. I let him go and he wee on the stairs. His wee is without colour, the rice we feed him is very wet. Do you thing that might be it?
