Ok, My perfect home is about 12, 000 miles away from England in New Zealand with a kitchen about the size of a football pitch with a very large lounge and sofa big enough for Rocky to sprawl out on. Also a huge garden about the size of Oxfordshire.

So long as this home is somewhere near this beach that would be OK for me. It's the Coromandel Peninsula on the North Island:
